Providers, staff, and patients are invited to an upcoming documentary screening of the film Angst followed by an expert-led discussion and Q&A.
One in 4 teens are clinically diagnosed with an anxiety disorder and many other young people experience higher rates of anxiety in general. The film Angst (43 min) explores anxiety, its causes, effects, and what we can do about it. In the film, many young people share their story about anxiety and its impact on their lives and relationships, as well as how they’ve found solutions and hope. In addition, the documentary provides discussions with mental health experts about anxiety and resources available to address it.
